I've been away from my own thoughts
like one takes a vacation away
from a job. I've been cruising
on the ocean of blank pages
while a waiter named Nothing
handed me fictional lemonades.
Two days ago I returned to find
that there was no welcome home
party. I only found that it takes
work to get back to one's self.
